SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR/SECRETARY

Working for 2 Senior Member of Staff you will be covering all administration/secretarial duties including,  HR procedure eg sending out of contracts, referencing checking eligibility to work in the UK.  Inputting information onto data base. Collating information ready for meetings.  Taking notes at meetings, typing and distributing.  Excellent Word & Excel is essential together with a knowledge of Powerpoint would be an advantage.  Getting boardroom prepared for meetings which includes meeting & Greeting visitors, offering and making refreshments.  You must have experience working at this level before.  This can be a hectic position.

 

37.5 week Monday to Friday  (6 weeks holiday)

PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR/SECRETARY

Greenwich

 

This client is looking for an experienced administrator/ secretary.  You will be understudying the full time secretary in order to cover whilst she is on holiday.(6 weeks  a year)

A good understanding of Word & Excel is required together with a knowledge of Powerpoint. Lots of administrative duties, inputting data collating info.  Backing up the full time secretary therefore there will be filing, faxing etc to be done

 

20 hours  week
